<p>The SSO Board of Directors is the organization’s supreme management body. It is composed of 11 members comprising 3 representatives of the Government, 4 representatives of the Employers, and 4 representatives of the Employees.</p>
<p> The Board of Directors is presided by one Chairman and a number of Vice-Chairmen, who all are appointed or removed by the Prime Minister at the recommendation of the Minister of Labor & Social Welfare. The Board of Directors is appointed for a term of 4 years.</p>
